Vacature Technisch Project Manager

Exere international specializes in off-shoring engineering services for discrete manufacturing companies in Western Europe through a global network of competence centers. Our customers for which we deploy dedicated teams of engineers in low cost countries, are active in various industrial verticals. Exere takes control of the projects by having local project managers with relavent knowledge as a liaison. The customer is able to benefit from off-shoring services without the disadvantages like communication problems.

As a Project Manager you will interface with our high profile customers and the global network of Exere’s competence centers.With your strong technical knowledge, strategic thinking and problem-solving skills, you will help meet unique customer requests, and advance innovative process improvement. The ideal candidate will be an intuitive independent self-starter that brings a high-level of strategic thinking and direction to achieve business success.

Responsibilities include:

Primary client interface:

Managing expectations and developing strong relationships.
Teamleader:

Ability lead and motivate multi cultural teams.
Engineering Management:

Creation of engineering documentation;
Coordination of engineering schedules;
Advancement of improvements in engineering;
Efficiencies.
Project communication:

Effective communication of relevant information to management and colleagues;
Elevatation and resolution of issues in a timely and productive manner;
Delivery of engaging, informative, well-organized presentations.
Requirements:

Degree in mechanical engineering;
Five year hands on experience with relevant product development processes;
Proficiency in 3D modeling. Experience with various CAD/PDM/PLM solutions
Familiar with industry standards;
Strong communication skills, both verbal and written mainly in the english language;
Education level BS or Master;
Must be proficient in MS Software including Outlook, Powerpoint, Word and Excel. Proven organizational and effective filing skills.
